Wonderful hotel with very great staff. Everybody is smiling and willing to help and giving you a great experience. We had turbulent neighbours one night having party in the room next to ours, we called the lobby and they took action right away. Pool is incredible right in front on the ocean

Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et avons été à nouveau totalement conquis. Tout est parfait, de la chambre au personnel qui est adorable et serviable, aux commodités, en particulier la piscine qui est juste magnifique. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel offre une expérience vraiment relaxante, car en général la clientèle est respectueuse et non bruyante. Vraiment très agréable. Nous planifions déjà d'y retourner bientôt...

Un régal que de séjourner dans cet hôtel où tout est fait pour notre plus grand confort. Luxe, calme et volupté. Il faudrait être difficile pour ne pas aimer l'infrastructure et le personnel qui est aux petits soins.

Très bel hôtel, calme, de taille raisonnable et magnifique piscine au bord de la plage. Le personnel est très agréable et réactif, de tout petits soucis ont été réglés rapidement. Seul bémol, le room service ou la qualité était moyenne au niveau de la saveur des plats, alors que le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent. Cela ne nous a pas donné envie de tester le restaurant. Très bon emplacement, avec cafés, magasins et restaurants à quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel.

Service loin du niveau des tarifs et prétentions /
Une déception vu le tarif. Les procédures imposées au personnel laissent une impression de défiance à l'encontre des clients (peur du non paiement) : on m'a demandé un deposit en cash au moment du check-in pour les dépenses éventuelles (visiblement l'empreinte de CB ne suffisait ou fonctionnait pas), l'addition du restaurant de petit déjeuner est apportée avant même de la demander, pas de compensation proposée en cas de non disponibilité de chambres communicantes (voyageant avec 2 enfants). Attention, la plupart des chambres garden view sont dans une annexe de l'autre côté de la rue, ce qui n'était pas clair pour moi au moment de la réservation. L'entrée de l'hôtel (arrivée en voiture) et le lobby ne sont pas dignes d'un 5* balinais, mais plutôt d'un bunker soviétique. Les traces kitsch de l'ancien hôtel sont un peu trop présentes (colonnes et sculptures d'oies crachant de l'eau dans la piscine, alors que la simplicité serait la bienvenue. Passé ces déceptions, le personnel est adorable (c'est le management et les process imposés qui pêchent), la situation sur la plage de Seminyak est idéale, le jardin est joli (même si j'ai vu bien mieux à Bali), les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables, vraiment au niveau d'un 5*, elles. En conclusion, trop de déceptions pour le prix payé.

Hôtel avec des prix très hauts de gamme (hors réduction), ne se justifiant pas vraiment. Chambre occupée : Deluxe Garden Wing (de l'autre côté de la rue) : de belle dimension et bien équipée. Accueil charmant. Excellent petit déjeuner. Piscine magnifique donnant sur la mer. Restaurant non testé ; je n'y ai du reste jamais vu personne... ; sans doute dû à la proximité de bons restaurants, animés, sur SEMINYAK à 10-20 mn à pied de l'hôtel.

parc et vue magnifique depuis la suite
Personnel prévenant et acceuillant s'efforçant de trouver des solutions pour rendre notre séjour le plus gréable possible. Le parc et la piscine de l'hotel sont trés agréable mais éviter impérativement les chambres jardins qui sont en fait situées dans un immeuble bien moins agréable de l'autre côté de la rue qui donne l'impression d'être en dehors de l'hotel et de ses infrastractures avec la rue à traverser.

My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon at the Seminyak Resort. It was so relaxing, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and made our week amazing. The entire resort is beautiful and is conveniently located to several Warungs and the Flea Market. We’re already looking forward to coming back and recommending it to friends!

Loved our April stay at this resort. Arrived at 1am after a 17hr flight and appreciated the smooth check-in process. They gave us these delicious pink ginger welcome drinks that were so refreshing in that humid heat. Surprisingly, we were then escorted to the other building located across the street in a 2min buggy ride. The room was very well presented with a comprehensive collection of amenities. Free high-speed WiFi that survived my streaming requirements :P also gave out enough face cotton pads and ear buds to last our entire stay. Breakfast was a generous hot & cold buffet from 7am until 10 I think. They had the usual western breakfast items as well as some indonesian ones (asam soto (chicken soup), nasi goreng (fried rice) mi goreng (fried noodles). Most of it was delicious 😋 my only gripe was that the fruits didn't taste delicious or fresh. The pineapple was tasteless and chewy. The melons, and all the other fruit were definitely not worth eating. The other gripe was there isn't a way for them to easily identify you e.g. wristbands. Both pools in the main building faced the beach which meant anyone walking along the beach could wander in easily. So we were constantly asked if we were resident guests which got quite tiresome as it happened several times per visit. However, their customer service was topnotch. If being fussy, one might not like having to cross the road between sites but they helped by stopping the mad Balinese traffic for us. I'd definitely return

Awesome property. Everyhing was lovely. Didn't honour Expedia room upgrade, out if in an area where there were constructions works, but the manager rectified both problems. Major drawback was breakfast was not in airconditioning room and didn't have fans. I couldn't enjoy the amazing breakfast because I was sweating too much.

Had an amazing stay with my wife at this wonderful hotel, a little smaller that the Legian next door but that suited us nicely. We had the ocean view spa which is an wonderful way to watch the sunset. The pool is right on the beach and has an great view, staff very friendly and they remember they way you like your drinks from the previous day. We will be back.

Great beachfront location, with easy walking distance to everything Seminyak has to offer. My only criticism is that the rooms are looking a bit tired and could do with a refurb. Very comfortable beds though!

Tre dager i Seminyak.
Vi gikk i land fra ett Cruise fra Bangkok til Bali. Tilbragte tre dager her før vi reiste hjem igjen til Norge. Vi havnet i sidebygget på andre siden av gata. Dette klarte ikke jeg å se da jeg bestilte rom. Rommet var fint, men du føler deg litt utenfor hotellet. Vi bestilte på ett supertilbud 50%, og derfor var det akseptabelt opphold allikevel. Servicen på hotellet er glimrende og plasseringen likeså.
