    THE GROUNDS
The Guesthouse is one of three rental homes on Botanical Hill, a 30-acre property along scenic Route 89. You'll find a tree-lined drive, a campfire ring and a mowed path down to a guest beach on Cayuga Lake (about 800 feet from the house). In warmer months, the beach has Adirondack chairs and kayaks.

Book your winter stay, or message us and we'll help you plan the wine trail, a holiday gathering or a group weekend.

Although Uber and Lyft are in the area, it may be hit or miss. Please reach out if you'd like recommendations for a wine trail driver.

Please note: there is some walking required to get to the beach. The Guesthouse is 800 feet from water edge. While the path is meticulously cared for and an easy slope down, we want to make sure that guests are aware and able to traverse this distance. Many guests enjoy renting a golf cart for bopping around the property.

House

The house and view where stunning. Only thing was the ticks where horrible. First night we went to the lake and everyone was covered. Another thing is the blankets were stained so that grossed me out and i couldn't find extra. Also they're are no games or cards for the rainy days
