« The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. « Living room on the small side. Wish we could access the beach, without having to climb the wall. Would have been nice to have more coffee cups and dishes, as we had to rewash them several times. We enjoyed the fresh ocean air without a doubt. The bathrooms were nice. It would have been nice to have stair railings on both sides instead of only one. Great that the unit was near the end of the row of townhouses, as we for the most part had not many cars next to us. »

« Great house! Very clean. Large deck looking over the lush landscape and ocean beyond. Sunsets were quite calming. Kitchen is small compared to the rest of the house, which is grand. So if you’re looking to cook up a storm and have everyone hang out near you, this is not that design. We moved the furniture around so we made it work. Everything else is as described… met our purpose. »

« This is a wonderful property in Pacific Grove, CA. It is great for a family or larger group. Home is very comfortable. Great back yard with grill, fire pit, picnic table and seating. It's two blocks from the ocean and a hiking path. Our younger grandson went tidepooling every day. Also within walking distance of the Pacific Grove Golf Links, a fun course that is very affordable. My older grandson and I enjoyed that. Great vacation accommodation. »
