« I can’t imagine a more convenient location! A quick walk to everything in town. This is a lovely and spacious accommodation. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with other high end homes. I highly recommend this rental. For future renters, please take care of this place as we hope to return soon! »

« We had plenty of reminders and communication before we arrived and on the day of arrival. The place is cute, with thoughtful details and provisions for guests, such as a set of towels in every room and a kitchen with everything you need, including Ziploc bags and menus. We walked to the beach along the dunes all the way to Herring Cove and walked back on the bike path. Perfect location for people who love walking or biking to the beach. »

« Well appointed studio apartment, everything you need for a quiet beach retreat. There is both a back and front sitting space which is nice for morning/afternoon respectively. The beach across the street is quite small and we almost skipped it but decided to check it out. while we were there a pod of dolphins showed up, amazing!One small improvement might be a larger couch, we didn’t have any rainy days which was beyond expectations, but if a movie night were in order it would be nice to have...

« This property has so much to offer. It is extremely clean and very up to date. The furnishings were comfortable and contemporary. So much more than you would expect. It is in the middle of a quiet street but walk just 50 feet and you are part of the culture of Commercial St. So close to restaurants, clubs and shopping. You can walk most everywhere. A real bonus was an assigned free parking space. We hope to be able to stay here next summer. Communications with the owner, Rob were easy too....

« Studio apartment with more than enough space to relax after a long day outside enjoying the cape. The location is the best part - across the street from a private beach, and about 10 minutes from Provincetown, Golfing and a handful of lighthouses. If you want to spend your time exploring Cape Cod, this is the perfect place to spend the night. »

« For our 2nd visit in Provincetown, we rent this place because we knew where in the town we wanted to stay. Alan's place was located at the best location possible, really clean, and much more cosy than any hotel room I rented this year. Despite the small footprint (as usual for most Provincetown appartments), the appartment had everything we could ever need for a stay (especially in the kitchen !) Small details around the appartment made the difference between a good and a really great stay...
