« Swimming in the river was the best part of the trip. Bring your water shoes; there are rocks and I almost lost my sandals three times . Bring an extra fan for the tent. « Calderwod was lke being home while away in a cool place. The inn is classic, the folks - in particular Kiki, the manager - were more than helpful and friendly. So many little hidden places to sit and enjoy. Breakfast was as good as advertised. And just close enough to the plaza and town. »

« The only reason I didn’t give 4starts was we had to wait almost 3 hours to get into our room, and I was traveling with my 87 yr old mom and she was very tired after a long travel day. I guess they were short staffed that weekend. But other than that I would def go back, it’s peaceful yet close enough to downtown healdsburg. Great restaurant and rooftop bar. Great get away »
