« Our stay was great! We spent a lot of time on the deck. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with host was great. We spent the first day in Monterey Bay whale watching, then checked into the house and went to Roaring Camp the next day, and spent a day in Santa Cruz. great trip. »

« We can hear next door rental, especially from the bedroom where we can here water running from the shower and guests would take multiple night showers which wake us up during our sleep. 😞 Kitchen and living room were fine. Air conditioning was quiet. Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise. Quiet surrounding. »

« Address listing was incorrect ( it’s “road” not “drive”) so took an extra hour to find location because host wasn’t accessible except by message. Once we were able to reach him he was very curt and somewhat dismissive instead of helpful. Location was as shown on website but the interior had a lot of items that showed it was”lived in” ( long hairs in bathroom, groceries in kitchen storage, very old, used kitchen items- dishes, glassware).
