« We can hear next door rental, especially from the bedroom where we can here water running from the shower and guests would take multiple night showers which wake us up during our sleep. 😞 Kitchen and living room were fine. Air conditioning was quiet. Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise. Quiet surrounding. »

« We have a lovely stay here in Santa Cruz. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out - I loved that there were several comfortable couches in the house (not every house rental has those!) and a well-stocked kitchen, along with multiple TVs (which my husband and kids loved). It was in easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. If you don't like stairs, you may not like this property since it's on 3 levels, but we loved it and can see staying here again. »

Fun games for the kids, cool patio with gas fire pit. Easy 10 min walk to the beach. Nice location for day trips exploring sites like Monterey Bay Aquarium, Big Sur, and much more! « My stay was not for vacation purposes however it felt like I was on one. Beautiful beautiful setting inside and out beautiful and a Wonderful House he couldn't have been more attentive to our needs before we got there and during our stay. Our host took care of everything that we needed without hesitation. The neighborhood is just a dream I would highly recommend this place and in fact I will make that my go-to place when I need to be in a quiet space with that homey feeling. »
