« I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself. »

« Our family stayed for a week, traveling into London and the surrounding area. The property is very spacious, beds are comfortable and we had a good visit, however, there were some inconveniences. We had to supply handsoaps, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, kitchen sponge. The washing machine smelled strongly of mold. We could only find one hairdryer for a 5-bedroom house and no room had a convenient place to use it (had to sit on the floor in an upstairs bedroom because the only proper mirror...

« We really enjoyed our stay. Florence Cottage is very well equipped and has clearly had a lot of money spent on it. The kitchen is beautiful, bathroom very modern and all the furniture is of good quality (very comfortable beds and sofa etc.). Andy sent us a detailed email prior to check-in with all the relevant instructions... The only thing we missed was a guide for the many recycling bins, but found the information on the Somerset Council website. I should mention how wonderfully warm the...

« The property was very good for a family stay. The bedrooms were fine and the family loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The property was very well equippedThe road was very busy but we were not really aware of it inside. We loved seeing the deer in the gardenPerhaps some more comfortable seats in the Lounge and in the garden would have improved our stay but overall we had a very good time »

« Luxury having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Clean and modern Nice garden view out of master bedroom. A folder with information or recommendations on local amenities (groceries, cages, pubs etc) would make it even better »

« Beautiful conversion in a fantastic location. Hikes along the Cotswolds Way, which threads through the property, were magical. Very convenient location for Cotswolds highlights. Everything we need was there. Conversion was just beautiful with all the fixtures and features very high quality. Wish we had time to stay longer! »

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"
