« Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer. »

« Staff were great!!! Room was clean. My problem was they need to be clear on some things. Breakfast included and shuttle service. When I book the room they said shuttle provided but didn't say it was 25 dollars per person!!!! »

« Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. « Our room was extremely run down. I requested we be moved to another room and that one was only slightly better. For the amount we paid, I expected somewhere I would feel comfortable staying. Unfortunately, it felt gross and dirty. It actually made me feel like a bad mom because I was letting my son stay somewhere so dirty. Extremely disappointing and not a great start to our vacation. Silver lining was it was only one night. »

« The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. « Had stayed at the property before and was aware that it was well-kept. Once getting the layout of the hotel figured, navigating was easy. Would recommend. »

« All the facilities are extremely outdated and need significant updating. The online pictures were not representative of the quality of the rooms and in my opinion misleading. I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. I would not recommend a stay at this facility. »

« I get quiet and comfortable sleep and open parking near my room. Only amenity I get is a coffee maker. There is a microwave in the front desk for public use. Breakfast is offered at 0700 but I needed to be at work by 0630 so I can't comment. Staff are pleasant, accommodating and friendly. Overall, it's good for business stay. »

« Our cabin was newly renovated very up to date and modern we were highly impressed. Water view. It was peaceful. Loved the bar restaurant seating area next to the pool. And the view from there as well was wonderful. The price point was great and the resort overall was older and quiet, which we loved. Had also considered margaritaville and we visited there to eat. « The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund.
