« Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating.
