Soweit alles super! Leider hat der bei Expedia angegebene Preis nicht der Richtigkeit entsprochen. Wir mussten direkt bei CheckInn weitere 60 Euro zahlen. Außerdem waren ein paar Personen unter 16 jähren in dem Hotel.

Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche in einer sehr sauberen Anlage verbracht.Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und stets bemüht dem Gast jeden Weg abzunehmen. Ob es im Restaurant ist,wo die Kellner sofort loslaufen und Kaffee besorgen oder was auch immer. Der Chef selbst kommt an jeden Tisch und fragt nach Problemen oder Sorgen,ein sehr freundlicher und netter Mann ! Die Mahlzeiten die hier angeboten werden, ohne Abstriche 5 Sterne wert ! Das nahe Riff , gleich vom Strand aus zu erschnorcheln, ist einfach genial ! Hoffentlich kann es noch viele Jahre erhalten bleiben und weiter wachsen . Auch haben wir in dieser Anlage nirgendwo bemerkt, dass jemand ein kleines Trinkgeld "erwartet " , wie es uns so oft in diesem Land aufgefallen ist. Nicht in dieser Anlage ! Besonders möchten wir uns auch bedanken bei RICHEL, der super netten Bardame. Sie hat die tollsten Cocktails gemixt, wie wir sie in Ägypten noch nirgendwo bekommen haben, vielen Dank auch für die aufrichtige Freundlichkeit von ihr ! Alles in allem, ein wunderschöner Aufenthat im Baron Palms Resort !! Macht weiter so DANKE

Nice but slow internet
Very nice hôtel, large swimming pool, very clean, incredible food, very nice staff and room quite ok. But the wifi is very slow, impossible to watch videos or work remotely, if I had known this before I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. And Russian is now the hotel's official language, due to the fact that 90% of guests speak only this.

The Baron Palms Resort, seems to be the upper market neighbor to the Baron Resort next door, and for good reason. The property is, like many others, a 20 minute free shuttle ride into Namma Bay, but a short taxi trip to the airport. The property is beautifully manicured, swimming pools are immaculate and large, the staff are top tier and the food at the hotel restaurants is mostly buffet and mediocre, but as good as any other high-end resorts in the area. Everything was available and worked well in our room, and the wifi was strong, fast and stable. The resort appears to be a favorite for Russians and Kazakhs but the staff all speak English as well as some Russian. A tip: ask for a discount for the transport to the airport, a hedge against the exorbitant cost of the hotel taxi service. You will pay a reasonable price. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Experiencia muy positiva.
Está muy bien en todos los aspectos, para descansar, con buenas piscinas, el buffet está bastante bien, un poco caótico con los camareros, pero nada grave, y la playa, muy chula, aunque con la marea baja, se queda sin agua y hay que adentrarse hasta la barrera de coral, pero no es problema. Recomendable 100%.

We had a wonderful time in Baron Palms Resort, excellent service, beautiful property and wonderful beach. Breakfast is amazing, lunch is good and dinner has great options but the food was not hot enough. Will definitely return! Make sure to get massage!

Nice, serviceable and clean.
The place is beautiful and the service is good. The WiFi is not good enough for Whatsap calls. The free bar is only for small part of the drinks. The dining rooms have allot to offer and I liked some of the dishes.

Best hotel to stay in Sharm el sheikh!! Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff or the amenities. The general manager was one of the kindest people we met there and he made sure all of our needs were met. He came to say good morning at every breakfast and good evening at every dinner. The head chef at the main restaurant made sure we always left happy and full! Even the manager of the restaurant greeted us every day! The pool staff were attentive and kept the area looking absolutely beautiful. The beach was amazing and very clean with the full options to snorkel, scuba diving, and use banana boat and lots of other fun things. A hidden treasure and we will definitely be back!!

The promoted the adults only property and a great pool. After arriving, they put me in a kids hotel next door and told me it was an upgrade. I asked, wheres the pool you advertise in the picture? Why are there kids here? They said the resort was closed and i had to stay in the "upgraded" kid friendly hotel. It was a disaster, i checked out immediately and still waiting for a FULL refund. Dishonest.

Upon arrival we were told no guests were staying at the hotel. We were moved next door to the Baron Resort instead. We had specifically booked the Palms because it was adults only. The stay was good but there is absolutely no excuse for why we could not have been informed of this change before we arrived.

Words alone cannot describe just how great this hotel is. Although we originally booked for the Baron Palms, which when we arrived we found out, it was temporarily closed, and we had been moved to this one, I have zero complaints and all praises for the Baron. The hotel is perfectly manicured and extremely clean. The staff is extremely well trained and the welcoming attitude by all feels genuine, unlike other places we’ve visited. Even with the mix up from our original room (1 king bed), which we didn’t have at first, the manager rectified the issue right away. It seems that Egyptian hotel rooms are more commonly equipped with 2 twin beds, as we experienced earlier in Cairo. But the Baron Resort is by far superior to many of the hotels we saw while in Sharm El Sheikh. The cleanliness was spectacular in all areas of the hotel. Every staff member we encountered during a week plus stay was welcoming and very helpful. The beach is beautiful and the snorkeling/ diving off the beach is 1 of the best we’ve ever seen in the world. There no need to leave the hotel, if that’s what you choose, as there’s shops and excursions booths along “Baron Blvd” which is right in between the 2 Baron resorts, with very fair prices for souvenirs/tours (check out 360 excursions. They’re great) We will for sure return for many visits to come as the Baron felt more like home away from home than merely just a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptionally great hotel to stay
Extremely happy with our 10 days stay in the Baron Palms. The food was delicious and varied. The beach and swimming pools are lovely. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. November weather was perfectly 100% sunny and warm with 33 degrees celsius. Baron Palms has a fantastic SPA and massage. Thanks to Khalid and Amal. The staff were great and helpful. Especially at the main restaurant Mohmoud (Captain), young Taha at ice-cream dispenser and other chefs. At the pool and beach staff were helpful too. Entertainment team was great especially Anna. Finally, not to forget the fantastic concierge team. We would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend to everybody.
