« I thought we were getting our own place. It turned out to be a common area with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The common area was very clean, and coffee and a light snack were provided. There was also a refrigerator and a sitting area. In the bedroom, water and chocolates were provided. Also, toiletries were in the bathroom. Everything you need was there. It was very clean and comfortable. »

« The fireplace did not work, and despite reaching out through the messaging platform, we received no response. The bedrooms had extremely poor ventilation and became unbearably hot, forcing us to leave doors open, resulting in little sleep and no privacy. One bedroom turned out to be in the garage, which was not clearly disclosed. « This is the first negative review I’ve written on VRBO and we use VRBO quite often. We rented this place during New Years. Our toilet was plugged and we could not get hold of the manager by phone or email. We ended buying a plunger ourselves and unplugged the toilet and left the plunger for future guests. On the day of check in, we did not get the address and access code until almost noon after I repeatedly called and emailed. We had a 6 hour drive and not having an address made it quite...
