Yes there is a slight smoke smell, but 1) it’s not as bad as the reviews make it, I believe people over exaggerated about it and 2) it’s in the front porch area which is the designated smoking area. « Property was clean, I thought had all the amenities plus some for the size. Had a beach umbrella in closet that did not know about and used it all week on the beach. Super close and easy to get to all beaches and to the highway to adventure to Clearwater or Tampa. Loved it. Perfect for me and the wife. »
