Welcome to the River Run! Our newly built riverfront home is the perfect getaway in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Enjoy all the amenities of home while being fully immersed in nature with access to the Shenandoah River.

The home sleeps 6 and includes a king bed, queen bed, and 2 single beds. Stream and work remote with high speed Starlink internet.

Whether coming to visit for a family reunion, enjoying Shenandoah National Park and the outdoor activities, or to float the river with friends, our home is the perfect mix of peace and adventure. Our private pickleball court and kayak rentals will keep the activities flowing for.

Once settled in, take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen or lay out in the oversized living room and watch a movie with the kids. Enjoy the waterfront and mountain views from the living room and back patio area.

We are proud to offer a brand new hot tub (seats 6), a propane BBQ grill (propane provided), and a lighted fire pit area in the backyard of the home. Don`t forget about the 4 person private pickleball court with paddles and balls provided :)

Finally, our home features a large outdoor patio for guests to enjoy the serenity of the scenic surroundings. The outdoor patio features a 6 person Hot Tub, an outdoor dining table / egg chair, and a propane BBQ grill (we provide propane). Next to the house is a private pickleball court and dedicated well-lit fire pit area.

*NOTE FOR HOT TUB* - we drain and refill the hot tub reguarly for your health and safety. The tub may not be fully heated until the first morning of your arrival if we had to drain it the day of your arrival.

★ HOUSE ON 2ND FLOOR OF STAIRS ★
The entrance to the home is located on the 2nd floor. You will need to walk up one flight of stairs to access the front door. The master bedroom is on the 3rd level up a spiral staircase inside the home.

★ ADDITIONAL RENTAL HOME 150 YDS AWAY ★
There is another rental dome on the same property about 150 yards closer to the street. You will see other travelers there during your stay but the dome is still very private.

★ HIGH SPEED STARLINK WIFI ★
Stream your favorite TV shows and movies, as well as your favorite apps and email for work.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We’d love to welcome your furry friends! Make sure to add them to the reservation.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

1. Total Guests allowed are 6. Please do not bring additional guests unless approved with host prior.

2. The entrance to the house is on the 2nd level. You will need to walk up one flight of stairs to access the entrance. The master bedroom is on the 3rd level up a spiral staircase.

3. We drain and refill the hot tub regularly for your health and safety. As noted, the hot tub may not be full heated your first night if we had to drain and refill it the morning of your arrival.

4. There is another dome cabin on the same parcel (150 yards away). The home itself is very private but we ask that guests respect quiet hours of 10 pm - 8 am.

5. Up to 2 Dogs are allowed but must be listed on the reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee involved. If bringing a pet, please update the reservation.
