« This cabin was a fun stay for us with our dog. Super clean, well stocked with all the essentials and plenty of space to roam. The bed was really comfortable and the linens were very nice. The added bonus of a HUGE covered porch with fireplace made it easy to spend lots of time outdoors. « My wife and I absolutely loved our 4-night stay at the Golden Ridge Cabin. This was the best thought-out vacation rental we have seen yet. The drawers/cabinets and switches were all clearly labeled. We brought our own cookware and whatnot but didn't use them because all kitchen gadgets and doodads were already present! « Our stay was very relaxed, the property is in a nice location, nestled in the woods, with a nice amount of lawn in the front. We enjoyed the wildlife, and explored Luray caverns and some of the Shenandoah mountains. The cabin is very simple, but sufficient, and has essentials, although a cabinet somewhere would have been convenient. Thank you for making our great week possible, it was a blessing! »

« This cabin was very comfortable and clean! The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. The views from the inside are just as spectacular on the outside. While the house is not directly on the reiver that was okay. We figured it would be hard to find a house right on the river with amazing views of the mountains off in the distance. The walk down to the river is not bad. It takes about 7 or so minutes. I highly recommend boots or something other than standard shoes if you go before the dew...

I left an item at the room on accident and they called and offered to ship it back. No need as it wasn’t high value, but I appreciated the offer. Room was also clean, fairly up to date, and a decent rate. I’ll definitely come back here next time I’m in the area »
