Städtereisen Shimizu-ku

Sauberes Hotel, Waschmaschinen vorhanden, sehr nettes Personal, schöner Pool auf dem Dach, direkt gegenüber vom Disneyland

It was a bit difficult to find and the entry to the elevators and doors to the Hotel room were a bit inconvenient, everything else was good. Nice clean hotel with laundry facilities within the room and full kitchen. Staff were also very good.

The hotel—or at least my room—felt rather outdated. When I dropped something behind the desk, I had to reach through layers of dust that seemed to have accumulated over the years. What disappointed me most, however, was being charged a substantial additional fee for checking in before 3 PM, especially after a 14-hour flight from Europe. Having stayed at this hotel several times, I found this particularly frustrating. I will explore other options for future stays.
