La atención del staff muy buena, todo el personal es muy amable y atento. El desayuno estaba muy rico. En cuanto al lugar, la master king suite sí deben de renovarla un poco, el inodoro está manchado, la ducha/jacuzzi no funciona del todo (mejor deberían de dejar una ducha). En la habitación hace falta un escritorio en lugar de dos juegos de mesitas y sillas de espera y no cuenta con un armario real, no hay manera de acomodar la ropa en ningún espacio. La ropa de cama y las toallas tenían olor a guardado (húmedo).

Park Place is in a great location in the center of Siguatepeque near the Central Park, Catholic Church, coffee shops & daily street markets. The staff was professional, warm & always helpful, and due to my fledgling Spanish skills, they were aided greatly by the microphone on GoogleTranslate! The breakfast included in the room price offered traditional Honduran food (eggs, tortillas, various meats, beans, plantains, cheese and fresh fruit) and American favorites (waffles & pancakes) for those less-adventuresome travelers. There is a well-maintained pool in the courtyard & a little-known pool on a patio on the top of the hotel also. The staff goes the extra mile & represents the warmth & kind-heartedness of the Honduran people. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

AC leaking, had to change room then new room AC didn't work and it was hot as hell then he tries to make it better and new room ac was working but not good enough, the pictures look nice compared to what it really is... not worth the time or money

Dear Kelly, I'm really sorry your stay wasn't comfortable. All rooms are equipped with running A/C units, and we have maintenance staff available 24/7, i'm very sorry our staff member didn't follow protocol to avoid further inconvenience. We hope you can give us a second chance

Small bathroom but clean room
The room was compact but clean. The bathroom almost seemed like an afterthought though. Very small space with a small corner shower. I had to sit at an angle on the toilet between the wall and sink.

Great location. Breakfast is always delicious and the staff is so nice. Main pool is behind the reception area, but there is also a roof top pool that has a great view of the surrounding areas and mountains. Free guarded parking across from entrance. Restaurants and bank that will exchange currency across the street as well.

Hotel falta de mantenimiento y servicio al cliente
La persona de Recepción antipática y de mal atención al check in and check out , la Habitacion no es que la se ofrece en fotos todo lo ofrecido en mal estado. solo el Guardia de Seguridad se llevo nuestro 100% de servicio muy atento y amable.
Estimado Cliente, Estamos muy apenados por sus comentarios. Revisaremos con el Staff que fue lo que ocurrio y tomaremos cartas en el asunto. Asi mismo le agradeceriamos confirmar que cosas de su habitacion no le parecieron. Agradeciendo de antemano su tiempo en dejar este comentario Saludos Cordiales

Mala relacion precio calidad
A nivel general no lleno mis expextativas. La fotografia de la habitacion era mucho mejor que la realidad. No tengo muchas referencias de quedarme en Siguatepeque, pero antes me quede en el hotel Vuestra Casa, por un precio similar y definitivamente mayor valor por dinero. En resumen el hotel no esta mal, pero no es acogedor, es solo para pasar la noche. Detalles para mejorar: Deben desodorizar las habitaciones, ya que desde el pasillo se siente olor a viejo. La ropa de cama y toallas hace tiempo perdieron su blancura.

The receptionist was extra nice. The police outside who watched our car was a gem. The breakfast was slim, very lite. We complained that the fire alarm chirped and wouldn't let us sleep, needed batteries and they reset the button and said it was fixed, and it started chirping again. The clothes we sent to be laundered came back all crumpled and pushed down in a bag, not folded. But, the stay was needed and we felt safe.

If you're going to Siquatepeque... The staff is first rate There is an armed guard watching the cars I do wish the restaurant had been open though
