« This Palm Beach condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The unit perfectly met our needs - clean, modern, well maintained, nice pool area and private (nearly) beautifully maintained grounds, right on the beaches of Simpson Bay. It was also a great location for our daily exploratory excursions and many good restaurants. Our host was great to work with and was exceptional with her communication timeliness. We hope to be back soon to continue our exploration of this beautiful island. »

« Nous sommes allés au Cliff pour la première fois (nous allons à St Martin depuis de très nombreuses années). L'appartement est top, la vue est incroyable, très bien équipé. La communication avec le gérant a été optimale (nous avons rencontré quelques soucis et tout a été régler dans un temps record). « This penthouse is lovely! It is gorgeous, spacious, and well-equipped and elegantly furnished! The 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom! We absolutely loved the terrace with it's view and space and pool! Maho village is a short walk and has shops and restaurants. And a bit further is the renowned Juliana runway. Check it out! « The Cliff Penthouse is so incredible beautiful that we found it difficult to leave the property to do anything else on the island! Plenty of room to roam, and with lots of friends/family staying with us, we loved having different gathering spaces. Gorgeous views, the grounds were immaculate, and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We had some issues with plumbing and addressed the same with the management. « My wife and I had our best Caribbean vacation at the Paradise Penthouse in Cupecoy! We stayed 5nights (April 19-24th) during later part of carnival. It is totally worth every penny and I would pay more if need be to get this place again! The penthouse added so much to an already great vacation location (took it to 150%). « Wonderful stay. Excellent restaurants all within a 5 minute or less walking distance. The Maho Market is directly below the pool on the street level and is wonderfully convenient. Overall, this unit is IDEAL for aviation enthusiasts. For guest looking for a quiet and relaxing location, the (sometimes very loud) airport noise all day (none at night) does become tiring after a while. My husband grew very tired of it after day 3.
