Hôtels de plage à Somerset West, Le Cap

« Great self catering unit. »

« The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even...

« Unsafe parking, poor neighborhood, rundown establishment, grubby. Very low end. We walked away and found somewhere else to stay. »

« I got scammed by the hotel. I booked and it was confirmed, I paid, when calling for directions the reception said it was full and there was nothing they could do and that I must contact customer services for a refund. Customer services rejected the refund request »

« The room we stayed in was very basic with no-frills. No door to the bathroom, and no shower door. If you need more privacy when using the bathroom, this isn't for you. But I understand there may be more luxurious rooms available, hopefully, that offer this. Room also needed maintenance (e.g. shower not draining). Outside parking is an issue, and the surrounding area is a bit dodgy, albeit very close to the beach. We did have a nice breakfast on the premises, though. »

« Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. »

« I would highly recommend this establishment »
