„We stayed for four days on a trip to see a bunch of Broadway shows and do touristy things in New York. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. „The photos already show the apartment. The big table, the big gas stove, the rooms. Everything is there to feel comfortable. What could be improved is that the number of plates is doubled and enough cutlery is provided. The street where the apartment is located is quiet and peaceful. The residents look at you with interest. We had a lovely, relaxing week in the apartment.“

„We didn’t use the house for an event. Just a family get a way and this house has plenty of room for our multi generational family of 13. Lots of room and character. „We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did have a few hiccups but these were resolved by the property manager. We had a nice time in NYC while there for our daughter's graduation. We love the neighborhood, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores were super easy to walk to along with close proximity to transit. The house was super roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. I would definitely book this place again!“

"Wir waren 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind für 9 Nächte im Juli in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten das „2 Full Bed“ Zimmer, welches ausreichend Platz hat. Ein kleiner Einbauschrank, 2 bequeme Betten mit großem Nachttisch, 1 Tisch mit 2 Stühle, Kommode und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche, Föhn. Ein Fernseher und Klimaanlage sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, mit reichlich Handtücher aufgefüllt und waren in einem guten, gepflegten Zustand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist, da es sehr ruhig ist (darauf eventuell achten bzw. nachfragen) Eventuell würde ich beim nächsten Mal für die heißen Monate das gleiche Zimmer mit Kühlschrank empfehlen. Die Lage ist super! Gleich nebenan gibt es ein Pub mit gutem Frühstücksangebot, sowie einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, wo täglich frisch gekocht wird (Buffet). Times Square gleich um‘s Eck, sowie ein paar Gehminuten zum Rockefeller und Bryant Park. Auch die Subway fährt in unmittelbarer Nähe in alle Richtungen (auch zum JFK). Es ist ein älteres, nettes, kleines, gepflegtes Hotel, welches für einen Urlaub vollkommen ausreicht und ich jederzeit wieder nehmen würde! "
