This Vintage South Haven home has all the classic features you have been looking for: A HUGE living room with wood burning fireplace, French doors, a cozy sunroom, a formal dining room, winding ornate oak stairway, oak trim, and high ceilings. It has a screened-in front porch and sits on 2 full oversized lots near downtown South Haven and the South Beach

As soon as you enter, you will feel right at home. Whether it is the large kitchen, 1 of the 2 living rooms, The sunroom, which is the perfect -place for a morning cup of coffee, or an evening glass of wine, or maybe even one of the four large bedrooms. This is THE perfect place to stay in the beautiful town of South Haven. The home is equipped with a combination of window air conditioning units and mini-split air conditioning throughout for your comfort. Please note that the large upstairs bedroom does not have its own A/C unit.

There is room for 3 to 4 cars in the driveway. Plenty of street parking is available as well on a first come first serve basis
