The location allows you to hear the waves, which always makes for a magical place to stay. The living room/dining area are perfect for comfortably visiting with large groups. The primary bedroom has water views and sounds, but the remaining 3 bedrooms do not, and all 3 share a bathroom.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and perfect for a beach vacation. The house was huge, very spacious, and all of the beds were very comfortable. The pool was awesome, and very refreshing. The beach is literally steps away from the back porch, but private from the beach crowds. Check-in was super easy, really just used the provided code and we were in. There were a bunch of chairs, toys, canopies and an umbrella - everything you could use, but couldn't bring on a plane. The kitchen was spotless, and plenty of every type of dish, pot, silverware, etc. Wi-fi was excellent throughout the house. I called SPI at one point, and they answered immediately and were able to take care of the issue. Honestly, it was a beautiful house, and a wonderful vacation. I give this house our highest recommendation, and we will absolutely be back! Thank you!

Perfect getaway

My son and his family were visiting from Virginia and wanted a beach trip. South Padre is always my go to from San Antonio. This property was perfect for our group of 9. It has every small appliance you could possibly need. The master has a great patio overlooking the beach. There is a coffee making station upstairs so it’s easy to sip and enjoy the view. We will be back

All around wonderful property and perfect for our group of 7 adults and 3 children. The couch was the ideal spot for family game night. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub when we got tired of the beach (which was literally steps away). The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, cups, etc. We did have a minor issue with the BBQ grill (gas leak), but luckily it was the propane tank and not the grill itself. I definitely recommend staying here for your SPI trip!

This was one of my all-time favorite VRBO experiences. The host were extremely communicative. They assisted with anything we needed, but even better this place was absolutely amazing. The house was clean, comfortable, perfect location. We loved the private pool and the hot tub. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded in front of our home. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely want to stay here again sometime, already looking to plan our next year’s trip at this exact same location. The VRBO experience really made our trip.

Warm weather get-away!

We had a lovely time at this fabulous condo - the place is truly set up to enjoy your time by the beach. You can walk right onto the beach and the kids can immediately start building sand castles! This accommodation is wonderful, plenty of room to enjoy meals together, playing games at the large dining table, and relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend this facility and location for a wonderful South Padre Island vacation!

Fantastic Escape from the Cold

We had family from NC, TN, and IA converge here to spend a few days out of the cold, and it did not disappoint. The space was perfect, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had been talking about a cruise this time next year, but now we're thinking about a return trip.

Excellent beachfront home

This property was perfect for our extended family vacation. It was right on the beach and very spacious. The home included everything we could possibly need including shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher and laundry supplies, beach chairs and boogie boards, board games, movies, etc.. It was hands down the best place we have ever rented. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location and incredible view!

Right on the beach with a pool and hot tub in the backyard. House was clean, someone cleaned the pool and hot tubs twice during our stay. Lots of appliances and fun outdoor activities in the garage. Great location on the island with easy beach walking to some great restaurants.

Beautiful beach retreat

This property was wonderful. The living space is huge, airy, and comfortable. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked kitchens I have ever seen in a vacation rental. The location is amazing - literally steps from the beach with amazing views from the downstairs living area and the upstairs primary bedroom and bath. Beds were comfortable. The pictures and listing information was accurate - if anything, there was more at the home than what was included in the listing. We had one issue with a loud neighbor one night, and the property company responded promptly.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY!

This very roomy house is right on the beach. There is a very short walk from the back gate to the ocean's edge making it very convenient to go back and forth between the house and the ocean. We had umbrellas and chairs set up on the sand every day for a very reasonable charge. The pool is small, but perfect for our purposes, and the hot tub was used every day of our stay. The location was super-close to everything, including restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. Check-in was easy and the one minor issue we had was quickly resolved. We really enjoyed our first trip to South Padre and would definitely recommend this house as a home base.

Girls Trip-Padre in February

The property was amazing. Everything exactly as presented. Enjoyed the hot tub and even the pool (more than a bit chilly). The beach was amazing and so easy to walk out the door and be there. The area was quiet yet within walking distance of a few restaurants and bars. We enjoyed Wanna Wanna in the afternoon and Bar Louie for dinner. Love the SPI brewery and Tequila Sunrise. I would definately return and stay a the same place!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo on the beach. Our family went to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time as a family right on the beach. We loved being able to come and go to the beach with such ease. The pool and hot tub on the patio was a huge bonus for when we did not want to be out on the sand. It was also conveniently located on the island to pretty much everything the island had to offer.

Great Location

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The garage/game room was a hit with the kids. The biggest surprise was the distance to the water! Another great thing was the chairs and other beach items. Great property!!!
