While the home was well taken care of and clean, we had some frustrating issues that made it less than ideal for our very basic needs. « We stayed at the tiny home park (Unit 60B) from March 22–23, and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient to the Grand Canyon, which made it a great base for our visit.The mile-long dirt road leading to the property was a bit bumpy, but manageable.
