„We were worried about the reviews about the temperature, but they kindly offered fans. A hiccup the first night- the master was 81 degrees. They were super responsive and helpful and sent someone over quickly and when we got home from dinner the temp was 72!! I learned a few tricks too- close the bathroom and closet doors, keeps lights to a minimum and shades closed. No problem and I am a hot sleeper! The decor is high end and very comfortable. „Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, das Haus war wunderbar und war genau so wie beschrieben - sogar besser. Der Pool ist sehr gross und warm, die Kinder waren begeistert, vor allem auch von den vielen Poolspielzeugen, die vorhanden sind. Im Haus hatten wir sehr viel Platz, mit vier Schlafzimmern und jedes mit eigenem Bad (die Matratzen der Betten waren auch sehr bequem). Die Küche hatte ebenfalls alles, was man sich wünscht. „I loved this property. It was exactly like the photos, only better. We had lots of space for the five of us, and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. The lanai had a lovely view of the pool area. The saltwater pool was so warm and inviting, and the way it's situated you are protected from the high breezes. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Brenneke's and Poipu Beach on a lovely walking path, and a different path had a 10-minute walk to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt. the ...

„Beautiful place with a great location. Easy check in and check out process. The place had everything we needed... from kitchen supplies to plenty of towels. Beach chairs, umbrella & beach toys to use were a nice touch. Plenty of space to spread out for our party of 6. Mattresses were comfy. Pool is gorgeous. Quick walk down to see the sea turtles. Nice patio for sipping morning coffee. Loved everything about it. “

„This is a very modern updated property in a wonderful resort area on Kauai. It's great for a group of 6 people with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beach is a short 10 minute walk and there are many restaurants close by. Any issues that came up or questions that we had were handled quickly and happily. Totally appreciated all of the beach gear (chairs, boogie board, floaties) that were available to use as well.“

„The Regency Villas 3 bedroom property is well-furnished, large, and comfortable. We were surprised by how complete and extensive the beach items were: many towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a large folding cart to put everything in. Poipu and Brennecke’s are a close walk along a pretty path and well maintained grounds. The pool is good sized for family recreation but not for laps.
