About the Space:
Located in a very peaceful South Yarmouth neighborhood, this charming home is just a 10-minute drive from some of the area’s most scenic beaches, including Smugglers/Bass River Beach, Grays Beach, Seagull Beach and many others. You'll also be close to plenty of shopping opportunities, the golf course and a number of excellent restaurants. The house offers a wonderful blend of comfort, space, and history, ensuring your stay is both relaxing and memorable.

Bedrooms: The main level features three comfortable bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: A king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 2: A twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin bed for more sleeping options.
Bedroom 3: Two twin over full bunk beds, perfect for larger groups or families.
The basement level includes an additional bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin bed, offering even more sleeping space.

Living Areas: The spacious living room on the main level is perfect for unwinding with a sectional and plenty of chairs for everyone to gather. Downstairs, the basement offers a cozy family room with a sectional that can convert into a sleeper sofa, ideal for movie nights or extra relaxation.

Kitchen & Dining: The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, while nearby dining options are just a short drive away if you prefer to eat out.

Basement Features: In addition to the extra bedroom and living room, the basement includes a laundry area with a washer and dryer and a game zone complete with a Ping Pong table and board games for some family fun.

A Rich History & Personal Touches:
This home has been a cherished family retreat for over sixty years, built with love by our grandparents, George and Pearl. The house is adorned with beautiful oil paintings by the late local artist Robert Lantz, who once lived here. These artworks add a touch of nautical history and culture to the space, creating a special atmosphere that enhances your stay.

Outdoor Spaces:
Step outside and enjoy the peaceful backyard with a deck perfect for outdoor relaxation. You’ll also find patio furniture for lounging and a traditional charcoal grill for cooking up a delicious meal. The back shed has everything you need for a day at the beach, including beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach blanket.
