« The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. Except for the vehicles on the driveway, you would think you are alone there. No lists of "don't do this" or "do this". « This is a great space for the spouse and I to crash at while visiting my parents in the neighborhood. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly. »

« My son and I had a great stay here. It is in a quiet neighborhood with panaromic views.Its great for active families as it is in close proximity to Red Rocks. Its also great for a staycation.Very comfortable and very clean.They had a collection of toys and books for young children and it was great. »

« We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. « This VRBO was perfect for my family since we were exploring different areas of Denver. My son is moving to Denver and this place allowed a central place to look at other Denver Neighborhoods. We enjoyed the VRBO that we extended our stay an extra day. Highly recommended »

"Hôtel où la notion de client est perfectible. Nous avons signalé un défaut dans notre chambre, personne n’est passé. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Au restaurant, personne nous accueillant et ne venant vers nous, nous avons préféré déjeuner dans un autre restaurant, en face de l’hôtel. À ce jour, trois jours après notre départ, je n’ai toujours pas reçu la facture. Bref, pas l’impression d’exister dans cet hôtel. La piscine est grande mais la propreté est perfectible. "
