„We had a little difficulty locating the building because the address I received was the actual apartment, not the building number (and the two numbers didn't correspond to each other in any way). „The apartment was very new. The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed to get settled in immediately. The communication with the property manager was prompt and efficient. The unit was located on the third floor with no elevator so be ready to climb stairs. The gym and common areas were well equipped. Parking was abundant. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the outside hallways and stairwells. I passed the same trash each day for the duration of my stay. The ...

„I'm always a little skeptical when I see only positive reviews listed, but will tell you the Cozy Beach Studio is a gem! I cannot express enough how much we loved our little getaway. Jason, the owner, was quick to respond to our questions and is absolutely the kindest person. The little cottage was sooo clean and this is coming from someone who is very over the top on a clean home. I, 100%, recommend booking a stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and anywhere you may want to explore.“
