Escape to a beautiful and spacious oasis that offers an open floor plan, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, private parking, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All of this located just a short walk from the beach and with a community pool! This bright and airy condo is just a couple of rows from the ocean and minutes from the canal side. Nearby shops and restaurants ensure that you won't need to leave the island.

The main living areas are set up as an open concept making the space feel even more bright and spacious. The cozy living room gets lots of natural light and has plenty of seating options for your group. The full kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal. Just off the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 6.

There are 2 bedrooms in the condo, each with it's own private full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a soaking tub and walk in shower. The secondary bedroom has two separate beds.

You'll love spending time outdoors, whether it's on the large deck where you can bask in the ocean breeze or at the community pool where you can soak in the sun.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, balcony, and community pool. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the condo. Please note - this unit is on the second floor of the building and stairs are required to access the property.
