« Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way. « Checked in to the premises for an overnight stay. We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. I explained that I had already done so with Hotels.com.Our room was situated over the bar area. The room was an adequate clean twin bedded space. Two large towels had been provided (not bath sized) that carried the odour of being dried inside and my partner...

« It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. »
