Dear Guest, We are really sorry to read the issues you have faced and deeply regret that they were not shared with our team during your stay. This would have allowed us to solve them immediately and improve your experience. Like every hotel on the island we are weekly treating our resort against bugs as we are in a tropical environnement. Our mini bar offer is limited, but the room service offers a wider range of beverages. We do take good note of your comment and will ensure these points get definitively adressed.
