Great place, exceeded expectations

We really enjoyed our time here! The deck wraps the entire back side of the unit. Its orientation was to the east, so we were able enjoy many sunrises. Meanwhile, in the afternoons and evenings, we were pleasantly shielded from the sun. The view was fabulous -- the main picture currently shown on their listing doesn't do it justice. My suggestion to the host would be to get some shots of the much higher and more distant mountain view to the left. If you can capture different light scenarios (sunrise, sunset, etc), all the better. We had one minor glitch during the stay (coffee pot broken), but the issue was quickly resolved by the host. We were in St. George for the Huntsman Games, specifically the table tennis and pickleball events. It was super to have a pickleball court on site to use for warmups.

Happy in St George

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything we could ask for. The surrounding area was beautiful. As four senior women we enjoyed just hanging out and relaxing. It was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for fun getaway with larger group

Came with the maximum amount of guests listed (12) and there was plenty of space for us all to sleep. Comfortable recliner chair and a big couch plus 10 spaces in beds. So much fun stuff to do: pickleball, pool, mini golf, basketball, etc. you could spend a couple days not even leaving the property and have a very fun time. Hosts were very responsive to questions and even offered late checkout upon approval. Will book again next time I’m in St. George, 10/10 recommend.

Excellent unit with great amenities!

We had a death in the family and needed someplace to stay within 24 hours. We didn't know how many would be able to attend the funeral but this unit ended up being an excellent base location for family and supplied excellent amenities for all that came and went during the week.

Spacious condo with great views!

This large condo was perfect for our family. The owners contacted us upon arrival to make sure all was good. We love the back porch with great views. Plenty of room for our family to eat, sleep and socialize.

Beautiful condo

This condo was in great condition and was fully stocked. It was like being in a hotel with all the stuff provided (shampoo/conditioner, laundry pods, etc). The beds were comfy which was lovely. We enjoyed the short walk to the clubhouse where we played fuseball, ping pong, mini golf and basketball.

Peaceful getaway

Condo was well stocked, crockpot, waffle iron. My favorite was the deck and deck furniture. Relaxed out there morning, noon and night. Would prefer to stay in this condo every time we go to St. George.

Great location and views

Very nice condo with great views of the mountains to the north of St. George. The condo is as advertised, the living space was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were updated and very nice. There were a few things that need replaced, such as the king mattress (dip in middle) and the ceiling fan in bedroom #1 (makes a clicking noise so couldn't have it on). I would stay at this condo again.

Enjoyed my stay

This was my first time staying at Sports Village. We had the opportunity to visit some of the other units while we were there and I would say this is definitely one of the nicer ones. It was clean, spacious, well-decorated, comfortable, and had a great view. You don't have to go up or down stairs to enter the unit, which is nice. There is a step down from the front entry into the living room/kitchen area, though, so if you are mobility-impaired, that is something to consider. There are a couple of things that could be improved. I wish the property owner would have emailed check-in information a little sooner than a day and half before. I was traveling Utah with limited cell service and I had been waiting to receive the information so I could forward the check-in information to the others in my group who were going to be meeting me at the condo. The washing machine takes forever to wash clothes and the microwave isn't very powerful. The ice maker in the fridge doesn't work. There was one ice tray in the freezer. If there is no ice maker, a few more ice trays would have been nice. Also, place needs more kitchen utensils. The plastic spoons are flimsy and fell apart. The pans are warped. We didn't cook much, but when we did, it was a pain. There were also no spare trash bags in the kitchen. Other than that, it was great and I would stay there again because those are just minor inconveniences.

Not a good start, but got better

Location is good. View overlooks construction with red hills in the distance. Received the typical day before check-in email with minimal details and landlord announced they were providing only limited supplies for 3 days, while our rental was a full week. They were clear renters would need to provide their own additional toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwashing soap, and so on. Their listing did not indicate this when we reserved the property, so getting the list the day before travel was a surprise. I emailed the landlord and was offered an additional supply of their poor quality products for a charge of $15-$16. I declined and we bought our own. Had we rented the condo part of the week, and our housemate rented it the rest of the week, we would have received both maid service and a new supply of products for the same time period. The paper products they provide are gas station quality, so I’m not sure that’s a beneficial idea. Just be aware of their cost cutting policy and plan appropriately. Check in was awful. We arrived after 9 pm, using the address link contained in their email. It took us to a different condo building in the same community. After speaking with Pam, their on-call person, we verified the correct address and were able get to the right condo unit using my map app, not their link. She didn’t comprehend that the link in their email was incorrect. After arriving at the right place we noticed only 3 hand towels and 2 washcloths provided. We reserved the condo for 4 people, for a week. This condo is advertised to accommodate 8 or more. The TV remote in the living room was broken, the table and chairs on the deck were missing, and main bedroom carpet was stained/dirty. A text to Pam went unanswered. I reached out to the management office the next morning and they were apologetic and responsive. It took 2 days to provide all the missing items, but they did a great job once I got to the right person. Our housemate noted there was no dresser or sufficient furniture accommodate clothes, or for computer, and other items to be placed in the 2nd bedroom. This is also true in the 3rd bedroom. Many of us rent a home, so we don’t have to live out of a suitcase. Again, be prepared.

Absolutely Perfect!

We spent the weekend in St. George to see a show at Tuacahn. We've been to St. George many times and seen all the sights, so this time we just wanted to relax and enjoy the amenities. The condo was perfect for our family of 7, parents and 5 children from 12-23. It was quiet and had great views as it was on the outside edge of the complex. We walked to the pool and sports activities across the street. We even walked to the roller skating rink across the street from the complex, and did that for a couple hours. This place is also close to our favorite restaurant, Tiffany's. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was a good stay

This property is a nice layout. it has a great view. It has a large deck. We spent most evenings watching the lightening across the valley from the deck. It is good proximity to the clubhouse (right across the street). I would stay here again. The clubhouse has good activities but older equipment. Exercise room, pool table, mini golf were all dated but functioned. great place to get out of the heat.

This is a nice condo on a pretty good complex.

The pool and other clubhouse activities was pretty good. Some of the clubhouse activity items are well used but the kids enjoyed them anyway. It was really hot in July so the pool was well used but other outdoor activities from 10 am to 7 pm was limited because of the heat. The condo we used was a good location to the clubhouse entrance. It was a nice layout and plenty of amenities. The condo has a large deck and nice view. We had some nice evening meals on the deck. It could use a table on the deck though.

Relaxing

Excellent views throughout home that look out to mountains, sunsets and moonlight. Spacious living area. The only thing was the refrigerator was not quite working properly. Our food was not staying cold. Ac system was down and not cooling and it was hot during our visit in St. George. Other than those two fixes home was very comfortable and nice.
