« This is the first time visiting Clearwater/St Pete area. We were very pleased with the unit. It’s was very clean and the location can not be beat if you are looking for beach access!Grocery stores, restaurants/bars are all very close, again its location is superb. If traveling alone or as a couple, I recommend staying here. The only complaint I can share is being charged an extra 100 for having an “excessively dirty room”, which is not right. « This property was absolutely perfect for myself and my partner. It was a close walk to the beach and en even closer walk to the pool. The unit was fully stocked with all the beach essentials. We are already looking forward to booking again next year! »

« The unit was clean and well stocked for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and even a wagon to carry all the stuff. It was a 3-4 block walk to the beach which wasn’t bad bc of the wagon. Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee and ice cream options within walking distance. Would recommend »

« What a great place. Lots of extras inside that we weren’t told about that made the stay even better. The only thing for future renters is there are 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us but they might be to some people. »

« We have stayed in many different condos at The Friendly Native and Gulf Winds over the years. This one was by far the nicest. It is updated with adequate outlets to charge our phones and devices. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals. Lots of games in the closet to play. Great location with just a two minute walk to the beach. »

« Great location on the beach. Positives - Great view. New patio (3 sets) furniture and large patio. Pool area small but clean and warm for February. Kitchen has everything you will need. TV's easy to manage channels - nothing difficult like some rentals. The property is well maintained and very quiet. Negatives- couch and chairs in living room are worn and dated. « iI spoke with Jonathan finch this morning when. I returned the keys and advised the refrigerator was not cooling on our first day so we lost an estimated 100 in food and had to resort to eating out instead. He advised to email this for a credit on a future stay Please advise. We also spoke of a few things noticed in room that were broke and he said it was ok and wouldn’t not be charged. - window shutter in kitchen, bedroom closet light fixture plastic cover and one of the chairs on the back...
