Treasure Island FL vacay

The condo was clean and within walking distance to John’s pass. There was so much to do, yet the condo felt relaxing & peaceful. Close to restaurants & had all the amenities of a home. Would stay here again!

Elevators/construction

Overall the condo was very nice and clean. We did enjoy our stay there. Only having one elevator did pose some issues with visitors coming and going. Wasn't happy with construction going on.

Great place!

This condo was amazing, clean and right on the beach. The views were amazing and there were beach chairs and a wagon available to take to the beach. It was conveniently located to shopping and food. The two pools were amazing, especially the kid pool as we had our 4 month old grand baby. Jordyn the host was the best host we have ever had. She was in contact with me for a month or longer on the pools and weather. If we had any questions she was a text away and responded right away. There is a cafe on site with great food and adult beverages until five which was amazing. You can check in and not really have to go any where and relax. We will for sure be back! A 15 out of 10!!

AMAZING WEEK ON THE BEACH

This was our second stay and it was even better than the last. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything we need and more. It is so nice to wake up and make breakfast and then walk down to the beach. The location could not be better, with John's Pass within a 10 minute walk and the Treasure Island beach walk within steps. We enjoyed the pool and both hot tubs and the beautiful landscaping at Sunset Vistas. We cannot wait to come back!

Great Beach Condo

Everything inside was neat and clean. They had everything you needed to enjoy a great vacation, including beach towels, chairs, and other items. The owner was very communicative and made sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, five stars!

Great stay

This property was clean, attractive, and well-equipped. Great location on the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, stores and activities. It was especially nice to have a washer/dryer and beach supplies in the condo. Out host, Jordyn Taveras provided thorough directions for opening and closing, and responded promptly to questions.

Great resort and the condo

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Our property management made accommodations for an early check in and was very helpful with any questions we had. Our unit was very clean, all appliances were up to date, washer and dryer located inside the unit. We also had beach chairs to use, however there is beach service available and community bin inside the resort had plenty of chairs to borrow.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property was perfect. Just what we needed! Two couples and a TON of beach time! The condo was so cute and had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and the beach, where we spent most of our time, was easily accessible! We all highly recommend!

Great location and host!

Our group of 4 absolutely loved our stay! The location and amenities were great and communication with Jordyn couldn’t have been better. We had a minor issue with the keypad battery (obviously that can’t be predicted) and it was fixed in record timing! We would definitely book here again.

Nice, updated unit

This unit was nicely updated and clean. We would recommend. Just an FYI for families traveling to this unit - tissues are not included in the paper products, so plan accordingly when packing or if you're planning a grocery trip before checking in - especially if you have crazy allergies when arriving in warmer weather! :)

Family vaca

Our son and his family came down to be with us for the week. They totally enjoyed their stay. Only complaint was block out blind was needed in the bedroom. Loved the extra frig for drinks. Manager host is awesome to work with.

Beach Getaway

The unit was comfortable with easy access to a beautiful beach. The owner warned us the prior occupants had trouble with ants, but after some additional spraying they were eliminated. The common areas of the property, especially the walkways, were a bit dirty but the unit itself was clean. There was only one beach chair & the garbage disposal & one of the blow dryers didn’t work. It didn’t hamper our visit & the owner indicated they’d address it after we left. We enjoyed our two weeks at Sunset Villas, great location with lots of restaurants & shops nearby. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely recommend it for a week or two for quality beach time!

Spring break vacation

Overall like the property. Ice cream place was definitely a plus. None of the listed items for the beach were actually in the condo except the cooler. No umbrella or beach chairs. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was a little a small weak drip. Horrible sewer smell from the front bathroom every time the toilet was flushed. Location was the best aspect about this rental.

We had a fantastic time at Sunset Vista. Our room was as described, the extra fridge was a huge bonus! We had room to put extra drinks, bottled water and Ice. Very nice to have. The bartenders at the beach bar were fantastic. We drank the board and got our T-Shirt, which was a lot of fun and we got to try some great drinks. The pools were clean, and we were always able to get chairs. The beach was the closest walk of any of the resorts and was beautiful! It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath which was great. One of the bedrooms is very small but we did not spend anymore than sleeping time in there so it was just fine! We even grilled one night, which was fun, we don't even do that at home so it was a nice addition to our vacation! The boardwalk behind the hotels is a must do, we walked it every night. Balcony had a great view of the ocean! Everything was as described. Jordyn and her team were exceptional! They were available to answer any questions we had and even let us check in a little early! Would recommend to anyone!

Can’t Wait to Return!

This place is exactly what we were looking for! What an amazing location, walkable to basically all of Treasure Island. Spacious accommodations, responsive owner, awesome resort style amenities, and the best location on the beach! This place is truly a treasure on Treasure Island! (Bonus: my 16-year-old daughter LOVED that Shake Shop was next door!).
