This stay was perfect for our family. Easy uber ride from the airport and golf cart saves you from having to get a rental car. The golf cart provides quick/easy access to convenience store, restaurants, beach, coffee shop. The home was perfect for our family as the pool offered hours of entertainment for the kids. Backyard was nice with various areas of shade through the day. This host has many nice amenities for use including: cabana, beach toys, balls, boogie boards, pickle ball, ping pong. The location is so close to the beach/not too crowded and we were able to find golf cart parking daily. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach!

This was a our third time spending spring break in Indian Rocks Beach and this was the NICEST VRBO we have stayed in yet!. This house was exactly as advertised and is newly remodeled with everything you need to relax & unwind including your own pool and cabana.The house was spacious,nicely appointed interior & finishes including washer & dryer - very convenient. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood in the heart of IRB. We were able to walk to all our favorite restaurants, shops and the IRB public beach access just across Gulf Blvd. The house comes equipped with beach chairs, toys, and a 6 person golf cart for getting around easy. The only drawback was that the cart is not licensed so it can't be driven on the main street Gulf Blvd. But this was not an inconvenience for us since we don't venture out of IRB. Having the cart street legal would be a plus to explore more restaurants and attractions further north and south of the house. The host was very communicative and took care of everything including leaving personal cell number if we needed anything, which we didn't! Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this house & host to anyone looking for a nice retreat in the heart of IRB with all the amenities!

Fabulous!

Absolutely loved our stay here. This was our 3rd trip to IRB and by far the best house we’ve stayed at. The location is great, 10-minute walk to the beach or very convenient to take the golf cart (but parking can be tough). The house is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. A very well thought out design for a vacation home. Every detail has been taken care of – plenty of towels and hooks to hang them on, all the kitchen tools you could possibly need and then some and lots of beach/pool toys. The pool and outside patio area are gorgeous, we spent most of our time there! Patti is very easy to deal with and responsive to requests although we didn’t need to contact her during our stay because everything was perfect!

Great Stay Close to the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was in walking distance, including the beautiful beaches. When we didn’t want to walk, we were able to use the golf cart - what a bonus! Patti was incredibly responsive to our questions. The house was perfect for 6 adults - everything we needed was provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. The pool was great for relaxing when we were too lazy to go to the beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect getaway

This home was perfect for us and our family. We stayed 3 weeks and our family came to stay for one week. Many little details were thought of for guests. Just a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, and yoga. The entire property was very clean and pool was warm. Patti was available for any questions but literally everything we needed was there for us to use. Many great memories were made!!

Fantastic place to stay!

This was an excellent vacation. Place was I. A perfect location. The golf cart was so nice and the property had so many useful items such as towels, chairs, etc. Very clean and we will be back for sure!

A Perfect Getaway

We had the most incredible stay at this VRBO property! The location couldn't have been better – located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short distance from the beautiful beach. The property is decorated with tasteful decor that gave the property a warm and welcoming ambiance. The beds were so comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Use of the golf cart was an absolute game changer! It made getting around a breeze and allowed us to discover even more of the local surroundings. The amenities provided were more than sufficient, catering to all our needs. We especially loved the well-maintained pool, which offered both sun and shade, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It became our go-to spot after returning from the beach. Being close to a variety of excellent restaurants was a bonus. Lastly, we have to mention our amazing host, Patti. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, incredibly responsive, and attentive to all our needs. Her genuine care and hospitality truly added a special touch to our vacation experience. This property provided us with a great vacation getaway, and we cannot wait to return! This property won’t disappoint!

Quaint, Quiet, Close to the Beach

This location is perfection and the house is beautiful! Close to everything, but the house has everything you need for a restful vacation. The golf cart was a bonus, but everything needed is within walking distance. It was perfect for our family of 6. Our four teenagers had plenty to do between the pool, beach, and local basketball and pickle ball courts. Local food and entertainment was wonderful. Patricia was super responsive and helpful. We’ll be booking again!

Perfect vacation house!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. It was extremely clean and well stocked. The pool was well maintained and we loved the outdoor area. The hosts were so very nice and even brought us an extra folding chair to make sure we had enough seating around the kitchen table! Furniture seemed new and was comfortable. The golf cart was easy to use and made getting around town to sample all the ice cream places with the kids super simple! Great place to stay!!

Close to beach and Great Property!

I would not hesitate to book this property again! The well decorated and spotless house and beautiful pool plus enclosed picnic area were well used by family. But the proximity to the beach - a nice walk through a lovely neighborhood was the draw. Close to restaurants with even a golfcart for your use. I will admit we never used the golfcart but nice to know it was there. Can't wait to come back.

An Amazing Oasis

What an awesome house, and a great location close to the beach. Having a golf cart is so much fun and convenient to take to the beach and local restaurants as well. The back yard is just absolutely amazing with the heated pool and quite large patio area. The pictures don't justify how nice the backyard truly is (its a must see in person type of experience). To sum up my stay with my family we had a great, fun time. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend this property
