Family vacation

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We asked for two pack n plays and they were provided for us. Great location for a family vacation. The hot tub was a great bonus!

Girls Weekend

This was a wonderful place to stay. There were 9 of us ladies. Perfect amount of bedding. Took the company just a tad longer than what would have been expected to answer one question we had, but no major complaints about that. We actually figured out the answer on our own anyway. Beautiful property, the coffee shop was wonderful (within a 2 minute walk)

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was a great location to many fun things- coffee shop, beach, and shops! The condo had literally everything we could have needed. We are looking forward to renting this again!

Awesome Townhouse!

I highly recommend this rental! It was wonderful! The townhouse was beautiful and had everything you could want or need! The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything! The location was great! It was half way between Clearwater and St. Pete beach. The great part was that this area was not as crowded with spring breakers. The beach was across the street but the beac access was just a short walk down the street. All the beach accessories were included with multiple beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for transporting everything to the beach. Mahuffers is right down the street and is quite the experience (dive bar). I would highly recommend this property.

Hands down the BEST Host.

We absolutely had the best time. The Townhouse was PERFECT for my family. Bright,well lit super clean updated space. Honestly had anything and EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed blow dryer,board games down to spices, extra blankets and the fan. I can’t sleep without a fan! All your beach needs. Umbrellas,chairs,coolers,beach games,goggles, beach towels.you name it they had it. Also I Ioooved the little coffee shop next door! Indian Shores Coffee Company. Honestly your beach home away from home. All you need is sunscreens,tanning lotions,aloe and your groceries. The rest is there! We will be back!

I rarely complain but after this trip I must The place was ok. Just lots of issues throughout our stay. Doors were hard to lock. Kitchen is not stocked with enough items. Pictures look like beach is right across the road but you have to walk a little either direction to get to a beach access point. All the beach stuff was damaged or broken or full of sand. Called owner and they said they will have them replaced. That was day two or three of our nine day stay, never got any. Place had only five towels and there were 8 of us. He got some more the next day but no sense of urgency. He asked if he could show the place to prospective buyers during our stay. He was ok when we said no, but still, that is a very strange thing to ask. And the last reason, the only reason I decided to vent/complain is because one of our group members was getting bit throughout our stay. I informed him it was determined to be bed bugs. He blamed her for bringing it and he was now going to have to fumigate the whole house. I was shocked that he didn't accept responsibility. Would not stay here again. Customer service has truly died.

Perfect family beach house

Great location. House was perfect for our extended family vacation. Grandparents stayed in bedroom downstairs. Parents and kids upstairs. Great outside area and beach stuff with wagon provided. Short walk across the street to beach...which was not crowded. Would stay again.

Needs a few things

The house was nice, but for sleeping 8 people, does not have enough places to sit to eat or dishes. There were 5 dinner plates and 5 salad plates, not to mention, 5 adult size forks. The pans had seen so much use, and should have been replaced many meals ago. Additionally, the 2 of 3 folding chairs on the property were not usable, I sent a message suggesting the owner replace, and he noted, but nothing changed. Folding chairs are relatively cheap at Costco. The house was nice, to sleep in, but if you plan to prepare and eat meals there, you may want to take your own supplies. For the cost, there should be enough dishes for as many as you say it houses.

Would definitely stay here again

Great location…you can see the ocean from the comfort of your bed. What else could you ask for?!? Short walk to beach access. Bed was comfy and linens smelled heavenly. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed in. It’s nicely appointed and we were very comfortable here. Check in was easy and the owner touched base by text well in advance with check in info, some restaurant recommendations, etc. The beaches in this area of Florida are so beautiful. We will be back!

Great family place

We had a couple generations with us for a family trip. Grandparents & grandchildren ( ages 2 &3) as well as two adult children with their spouses. The property has 4 bedrooms and plenty of space . It is across the street from the beach and the beach access is just a block away. They had everything you would need- a wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys for kids. We really enjoyed the quiet beach wasn’t crowded at all which was nice. Pretty close to a decent restaurant scene but we ate in most nights. Nice kitchen to cook in. Would stay again!

Great place and location!

Location is great, if you're looking for something less crowded than Clearwater. However, that means everything is drive to get to (which was no biggie for us, but wanted to mention). Great Indian Shores beach just a few minutes walk away. The property had chairs and umbrellas, with a wagon, to take to the beach (some were broken, which we put in the trash can). Nice coffee shop near by. The next door bar didn't bug us at all, but we weren't there on the weekend. The property was clean and as described. 1 bedroom and full bath on the main floor, and all other baths and bedrooms upstairs. The elevator was great for sending bags up and down. Tight garage, so we never tried parking. There's some things we found not in the best working order, but that's not a surprise for a place that hosts different people all year round (dishwasher and washer/dryer don't work the best, blinds that don't operate the best, no hot pads for the oven, no kitchen hand towels, etc.).

Overall Good Experience

On check-in, noticed a strong gas smell and had to evacuate for a short period of time until fire department cleared the building of hazard. Gas company arrived shortly after and fixed the problem. Owner responded quickly & handled the situation well and checked in on us periodically after. Overall good experience besides that slight hiccup in the trip.

During Covid times it was especially important to our family to be able to have an entire home all to ourselves. The views from this three-story house were absolutely amazing. Very clean. The elevator was super helpful Short walk to the ocean and coffee shop Definitely recommend

Just what we expected.

This place was great. It had beach items for a large group (chairs, towel, wagon, etc) and was a short walk to the beach. They place was very nice and the contact was responsive. The master bedroom deck and the deck off the living room had an amazing view. My only disappointment in the rental was the cleanliness of the lower level outdoor patio. The furniture was dirty and the area needed some TLC. Otherwise the place was great and I would definitely rent it again if I return to Indian Shores.
