From the home, continue toward the Village for coffee, restaurants and shops, then wander toward the St. Simons Lighthouse, Neptune Park and fishing pier.



Nearby tide dependent beach access is approximately 0.4 miles away.

A small private owner apartment adjoins one side of the residence and may occasionally be occupied during a stay. It has its own separate entrance and no shared indoor living spaces or amenities.



Guests have private use of the approximately 3,000 square foot three bedroom main residence, including both living areas, the kitchen, laundry, deck and designated guest spaces.



The owners respect guest privacy and maintain a completely separate living environment when they are present.
