  • Welcome to the White House in Staffanstorp, a spacious 8-bedroom home for larger groups, families and business teams looking for a calm, comfortable base between Malmö and Lund.

    With a private garden, year-round electric hot tub, fireplace, fast fibre WiFi, generous social areas and parking nearby, the house is well suited for family visits, group trips, work teams and longer stays.

    Inside, the kitchen, dining and living areas are open plan and face the garden through a full glass wall, creating a bright and welcoming space where everyone can spend time together. You can cook group meals in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind by the fireplace, stream your favourites on the 65-inch smart TV, and enjoy underfloor heating in the main living spaces.

    The home also includes several bedroom workspaces, a washer and dryer, and practical facilities for longer stays. Parking nearby is typically plentiful, including for vans, making the property especially convenient for business teams and project-based workers in the Malmö and Lund area.

    Sleeping arrangements
    The home has 8 bedrooms across two floors, with a mix of king beds, a double bed and single beds. Most rooms include a desk or workspace.

    All bedrooms have dark shades except Bedroom 6, which has a sloped ceiling window without a dark shade. Bedroom 7 has storage drawers but no wardrobe.

    Bathrooms
    There are two full bathrooms with showers, toilets, basins and underfloor heating, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is also a separate guest WC downstairs near the entrance.

    Garden and outdoor features
    Step outside into a private, separated garden of around 150 sqm with decorative evening lighting, an outdoor cooking area, fire pit and a year-round electric hot tub that comfortably fits up to six guests. There is also a cold outdoor shower connection for a refreshing rinse.

    Hot tub
    The hot tub is included and available all year round, but it requires advance notice so we can prepare, heat and balance it properly. Please tell us at booking, or at least 48 hours before check-in, if you plan to use it.

    Hot tub hours are 08:00 to 21:00.

    What is included
    Bed linen is included and beds are made before arrival. Towels are provided as two per guest, one for normal use and one suitable for the hot tub. Extra towels can be requested for an additional cost.

    Corporate and business stays
    Corporate bookings are welcome, and invoices can be issued for company stays, making it easy for businesses to manage travel and accommodation.

    Good to know before you book
    The building also contains a separate, self-contained unit called Hambo Hideaway. Each unit has its own entrance and fully separated outdoor area. The driveway or entrance area and bins are shared, but the gardens are private and divided by a solid screen.

    Check-in is self check-in via a smart lock. In accordance with Swedish requirements, the lead guest must provide valid government-issued ID before arrival. Check-in instructions and access details are shared once identity verification is completed.

    There is an outdoor security camera at the entrance only.

    Children are very welcome. The home has not been specifically child-proofed, so parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and deciding whether the accommodation is suitable for their family’s needs. A baby crib can be requested, subject to availability.

    Key Rules

    Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect neighbors. Excessive noise during these hours may result in immediate termination of the stay and a penalty fee.
    Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests as per the booking are allowed on the property. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
    No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Violations will result in additional fees and/or immediate cancellation of the stay.
    No Smoking Indoors: Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Violations will incur a cleaning fee and may lead to additional penalties.
    Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the property tidy. Any significant mess or improper use of furniture, fixtures, or appliances will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Trash and recyclables must be disposed of in the designated bins outside.
    No Shoes Indoors: Please remove shoes upon entering the house to maintain cleanliness and respect the property.
    Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees and potential cancellation of the reservation.
    Jacuzzi Use: The jacuzzi is available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Guests must shower before entering, avoid using oils or lotions, and cover the jacuzzi after use.
    Fire Pit/Fireplace Use: The fire pit may be used between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Only use provided dry firewood. Never leave the fire unattended and ensure it is completely extinguished before leaving or going to bed. Ashes must be disposed of in the designated bin.
    Windows and Doors: Ensure all windows and doors are securely shut before leaving the property to maintain safety, security, and protection from weather.

    Jacuzzi Guidelines

    Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering to keep the water clean.
    No Oils or Lotions: To protect the equipment, avoid using oils or lotions before entering.
    Dry Off Before Entering the House: Prevent wetting floors and furniture by drying off thoroughly.
    Cover the Jacuzzi After Use: This maintains water cleanliness and temperature.
    Fire Pit/Fireplace Guidelines

    The fire pit may be used between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
    Use the provided firewood and firestarter bags only.
    Ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving it unattended.
    Dispose of ashes in the designated metal bin.
    Contact us for additional firewood (150 SEK per bundle).
    Eco-Friendly Practices

    Lower thermostats in unused rooms to save energy.
    Recycle as per the provided guide: food, glass, plastic, and paper must be sorted into their respective bins.
    Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the house.
    Additional Terms

    Jacuzzi Damage and Misuse: Guests will be held liable for any misuse leading to operational downtime, chemical imbalances, or damage to the jacuzzi system. Costs may include draining, deep cleaning, or repair and range from 1,000 SEK to full replacement costs.
    Security Measures: The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras monitoring the entrance and shared areas. Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
    Immediate Termination: Severe violations, such as hosting unauthorized parties, causing property damage, or repeated noise complaints, may result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
    Liability Disclaimer: Guests are liable for any actions that result in damage, excessive wear, misuse of amenities (including the jacuzzi and fire pit), or disruptions to the property or neighborhood. Claims will be enforced through our rental agreement.


    Penalties for Rule Violations

    Noise Violations: A penalty of 500 SEK will be charged per incident.
    Unauthorized Guests/Visitors: A penalty of 1,000 SEK will be charged per unauthorized guest per night.
    Smoking Indoors: A cleaning fee of 2,500 SEK will be charged for violations.
    Lost or Damaged Keys: A replacement fee of 1,000 SEK will be charged.
    Improper Trash Disposal: A penalty of 500 SEK will be charged per incident of improper disposal.
    Improper Jacuzzi Use: A cleaning fee of 1,000 SEK will be charged for improper use, with higher fees applied for severe misuse or damage.
    Property Damage: Costs for repair or replacement will be charged, including for damage to jacuzzi equipment and surfaces. These costs may range from 1,000 SEK to full replacement costs.
    Pets Violation: A cleaning fee of 1,500 SEK will be charged for bringing pets onto the property.
    Shoes Indoors Violation: An additional cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be charged for failing to comply with the no-shoes policy.
