« The unit smelled strongly of marijuana when we first opened the front door upon checkin. We later figured out that it was coming through the vents from the neighbor. The carpet throughout is very dirty. I walked around in my white socks and they were dark brown on the bottom after one evening. The walls are very thin, you can hear people on both sides. The metal artwork on the wall makes a loud bang every time the neighbors close their doors. I was charged 115 cleaning fee and was still expected...

« This is half of a duplex in a residential neighborhood. Shopping is a half mile away. Off street parking is a plus. Very roomy with both bedrooms on second floor with a full bathroom separating them. The first floor has a half bath off of the kitchen. Note that this is a rehabbed older home - everything is bright and clean but does have some uneven stair steps and flooring. »

« We enjoyed the stay very much. Only small disappointment was the pool sticks didn’t have tips so they did not shoot well. Would recommend replacing those soon. Home was clean and super spacious. The office seems like it could be another room. Location was close to town and events we attended while in Charlotte. Will stay again when we return at a later date. »
