« Struttura centrale e comoda ai servizi. Appartamento nuovo ma con materasso matrimoniale sfondato da non riuscire a dormire adeguatamente e scricchiolante al minimo movimento. Secondo letto in struttura divano semi rotto che è a nostra richiesta é stato accomodato sufficientemente. Sicuramente non rispettava i canoni minimi rispetto al prezzo pagato. »

« 2 nuitées pour découvrir Como. Le logement bien placé nous a permis de tout faire a pied: montée au funiculaire le matin pour éviter les files d'attente puis promenade au bord du lac puis en ville. Le confort du logement et son bon equipement nous ont permis d'êtrecautonomes pour certains repas ou encas. »

« The apartment is well-kept with complete supplies except that it needed a bigger role of paper towel starter and 1 or more kitchen towels. We only had one during our 3-night stay. The location is convenient to shoppping and tourist spots. Our stay was very pleasant. »

« The service and the incessant messages prior to check-in left a bad impression. Firstly they forgot to charge us a cleaning fee and charged us separately for it. After that was a message regarding uploading our personal documents - which was acceptable. Finally they even asked for a video call to verify my identity. The entire process was so tedious with message after message on various payments, documents and calls to be made. I was boarding a flight and could not entertain their video call and...
