„Property was great, we loved our trip and our lodging was a big part of that. The apartment is in the upper west side, so you are a walk from Central Park and the museums but my kids did fine with it. You are a few blocks from a bus stop and similar distance from a subway station and close to multiple pizza shops which was the reason for the trip! „Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser. ...

„What we booked is not what we got. From the beginning, there was either a lack of communication or straight up miscommunication with the host. We were given 3 addresses before being given one that didn’t match our booking at all. The host contact information was incorrect and it wasn’t until we were on the phone with support for an hour before we got in contact with someone. „Everything was as advertised, clean and very spacious. Very good location, walking distance from many things. There were several subway station super close, we rode those during the day (until about 8pm) then took Ubers at night. I felt safe and the whole family had a great time!!“

„Property is in a typical NYC walk up building. Clean and basic accommodations to sleep for tourists with a busy schedules. The one drawback is the location of the apartment is almost to 11th ave which is not convenient for public transportation and the walk was a bit much for my elderly father. “

„Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!“

„Seven women over 70 spent 5 days in the apartment, and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. Instead of feeling like you are in the chaos of New York, you feel part of the neighborhood. Central Park was a short walk away. We even saw a film being made at the end of the block. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. Will book again the next time we are in New York. We even discussed the book for about 3 minutes.“

„We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location“

There were 8 of us between babies, children, and adults, and this property met all our expectations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are towels, pillows, and extra blankets. The kitchen has everything you need. The distance to the Big Apple is a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood where the property is located is very safe ...

„My daughter and I stayed in a different property than this one, they had to move us because of some plumbing issues at the one we booked. But no matter, the place we ended up staying was absolutely amazing! It was probably better than the one that we were booked for because we were just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Center the property itself was very clean and easy to get in and out of. I would absolutely want to book with this company again!“

"Die Mitarbeitenden des Hotels waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren klein und die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und recht dunkel gehalten. Ich denke, für New Yorker Verhältnisse ist der Standard aber schon eher sehr gut. Der Pool (weswegen ich das Hotel im Sinne meines Sohnes ausgewählt hatte) war aufgrund seiner Größe allerdings ein Witz und das Wasser milchig, was kein Wunder ist, weil entsprechende Duschen fehlten. Der Fitnessraum liegt im Keller und es roch recht muffig, daher haben wir ihn nicht benutzt. Alles in allem hat uns New York sehr gut gefallen und begeistert und wir waren schließlich nur zum Schlafen im Hotel, daher trotzdem die vier Sterne."

"Altes, aber prunkvoll renoviertes Hotel mitten im Herzen von Manhattan. Hübsche und saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten tolle Aussicht auf die Skyscrapers. Madison Square Garden gleich daneben. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zwei gute Restaurants gleich durch das Hotel erreichbar für Frühstück oder Abendessen. "
