« Overall, the place is good - very new and well-maintained. Issue with our say is that the laminate floors in the room were not properly cleaned and mopped. Difficult to accept this when you have young babies, walking and crawling, and their feet are black due to how dirty the floor is. We did request that they be cleaned twice however, for some reason, the cleaning staff did not address this. It seems that they are cutting costs on the cleaning side being that they only replace towels and take...

« Room couldn't seem to cool down around time for bed even though I had it turned way down. However it was a super hot weekend. Finally around 2am I could tell we were making headway and we're able to finally go to sleep (soundly). Soap/shampoo dispenser in shower was completely empty, which I was sad because it smelled so good (the conditioner anyway) Otherwise the room was spacious, clean, and we were happy. »

« This is one of the most charming inns! Yes, it's a bit old and the room a little small, but it's clean and super bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies being able to open the windows instead of having to endure the noise of the air conditioner like in all places. « This is a very well-maintained older property that is convenient to central Blowing Rock. You could park here and enjoy the town without driving. Although close in, it was quiet. The manager was very attentive and helpful in making suggestions for dining. The room was fairly small, but neat and clean. It's not fancy by Blowing Rock standards, but it had everything I needed.
