„The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean.“

We ended up having to contact VRBO head office for a refund then find ourselves a place to stay. It wasn’t fun.“

It even had little toiletry bags made up for the guests which I though was really cute and thoughtful. Roxanne was very responsive, accomodating and respectful and instructions were clear. This made made check in and check out easy, and our stay great. I Highly recommend.“

„Misinformation about kitchen vs kitchenette. No kettle or coffee maker. If it suggests sleeps 5 there should be enough cutlery, bowls, plates etc. There was Not.Marks all on walls. No curtains on basement windows.Noise at all hours from the house and 2nd basement apartment.Difficult check in with simple locks and separate padlock which locked us out. Information about self check in and out was not forthcoming. Would not stay there again. “
