« Nice place, very spacious and clean. Local transportation all very close.Central Milan station 8min taxi ride, less than 20min walk.My only suggestion is to make potential rentors aware that check-in process can be a bit complicated. I expect elderly couple may have difficult time going to open key box and understand all the steps needed.Video instructions on how to check-in is exceptional, but again not going to be the same for everyone. Also should mention, no elevator, must walk appx 25...

« Tastefully renovated apartment very well located in the center of Milan Comfortable and very well furnished apartment located in an interior courtyard, however the room is located in the basement with no real window to the outside. Some utensils would be welcome: toaster, vegetable peeler. .. the mattress of the sofa bed in the living room is not firm enough. « Wonderful location & very walkable! The basics were just fine - comfy beds, good kitchen, good common spaces. Easy check-in process and communicative host. Overall worth it for a lovely stay in Milan. Note that the bottom bedroom does not have a bedroom door - just the spiral staircase separating the two spaces. There were some amenities missing (closet hangers, olive oil, low toilet paper, no hand soap in all bathrooms). Small things that could have been a little better but didn't detract from...

« They said that we couldn’t stay at the loft because of a leak from another apartment, and they found another apartment for us. This new apartment was dirty with smell of cigarette. And a completely different neighborhood (both Milan). We had no choice because during Salone del mobile. Still waiting for a partial refund since the cost is not acceptable for what we experienced. »

« Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and...
