„We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4. However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to ...

„Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment und haben die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Metro und Supermarkt sind gleich im die Ecke und das Bett war sehr bequem.Die Kommunikation mit Carlo lief leider im Vorfeld etwas hakelig, so dass wir am Anreisetag mittags immer noch nicht wussten, wie und ob wir in das Apartment kommen.“

If you're learning Italian, it's great to go into shops where many staff don't speak English. The metro and tram connections make it easy to get to the big attractions, like the Colosseum and Vatican. I liked having a guitar to practice, but one of the strings was missing!“

The owner did offer to pay for our transportation to the airport which was appreciatedWe were given 1 roll of toilet paper, primary shower completely clogged and not usable, no soap in the 2nd bathroom. „Das Zimmer war wie auf den angegebenen Bildern! Es war sehr sauber und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit der Bahn und Bus ist man gut ins Zentrum gekommen. Beim Check-in war nur die Kommunikation ein wenig schwierig, da kein Englisch, sondern nur italienisch gesprochen wurde.“
