« Bel hôtel, chambre très sympa avec bain extérieur privé, lit très confortable. Service un peu imparfait, pas de petit déjeuner tôt alors qu’on partait, ni même de boite à emporter alors qu’on avait payé y compris petit déjeuner, et personnel vraiment mauvais en anglais, mais joli endroit »

« Overall it’s okay. The room was spacious and the onsen area was nice. The hallway smelled like smoke, had roaches in our room, and the staff was pretty passive aggressive when trying to upgrade to private bath option. Could have been cleaner and smoother experience. »

« We stayed in rm 106 it was awesome it had a sauna, private outdoor Onsen, with hot spring water and a wooden soaker tub. Tatoos allowed in the public Nonsense. If you get a smaller room they have 2 private Onsens that can be reserved. Traditional Japanese Breakfast was great. We will stay again. »

« とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。 朝ごはん美味しかった！ お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。 うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。 一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。 エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。 ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます »

« Staying at Kona Stay to start a bicycle trip is the best choice. The staff was great, very helpful, lot of recommendations and easy to talk with. The dormitory was very clean and calm. The onsen was also clean and very welcome after a long day. The atmosphere in the hotel is great, I will definitely come again for my next trip to Izu. »
