The apartment is comfortable and has most of what you need. It is warm and cozy; well appointed with cooking equipment. The hot tub and pool area was a welcome respite after a day of skiing.The reason for my 3 star review:Sadly I had an emergency family situation abroad take place and despite requesting to move my reservation to another date the hosts refused. I understand the request was sent 7 days from when we were supposed to arrive and it was a busy time of year but regardless the hosts communication was not supportive or understanding. They ignored me for almost 4 days and I had to get VRBO involved to even get a response. They refused any changing of dates or partial refund and made it clear that despite my tragedy I was being "unfair" on them and the owners. I am not in the position to loose 3500 so I proceeded forward with the trip. Our outbound flights got cancelled and we did not get in until 24 hours after our planned check in date. Our rebooked flights had us leaving later on our check out date. I am a single mom of a 6 year old. I asked for a late check out-an extension of only 2 hours-and they were completely dismissive refusing to meet me half way. They confirmed they had no one else coming but felt my request was again being "unfair" on the cleaners.Its a cute apartment in a reasonable location BUT if you are going to be in this type of industry you need to focus on your customers vs yourself.
