Perfect for ski fun for fam of 4

Location location location…not just to the slopes, which is most important, but also to a few restaurants, ski rental right next door, and small grocery store with necessities right across the street. We didn’t drive anywhere except the day we wanted to snow tubing and walk around downtown. Loved this place!

Terrific little condo!

The condo was truly steps away from the mountain. We easily walked to/from the mountain each day. There was a ski locker and the condo was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Our only issue was that the condo needed a good vacuuming upon our arrival. We found the vacuum and took care of the floors in minutes. Highly recommend!

Amazing home, amazing location. Mediocre hospitabjlity

This would have arguably been the best trip my group has been on, the condo was amazing, it was clean, it was fully loaded, location was amazing. The reason I say arguably is because they did not want to accommodate, in any way, for a later check out. We were willing to pay but were told it’s a back to back booking and there is nothing they can do… there is alwayssss something you can do. But we were given 0 options and had to head to the airport 6 hours early. Kind of put a sour garnish on our trip but don’t let that take away from the amazing condo if you’re looking to stay in the area. Just know the staff where the condo is located isn’t the most accommodating or hospitable.

Amazing vacation!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this perfect ski vacation condo! The condo is nicely appointed with plenty of space for our family of 5. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has what you need to prepare meals as far as utensils, cookware. (No spices, oils, coffee) Plenty of extra pillows and blankets, fans, laundry baskets, towels, paper products. The slopes are a 6 minute walk in regular shoes. (Timed by our athletic teenage boys) The hot tubs, laundry, pool are close by. Wild plum grocery is almost right across the street. The ski lockers are super convenient and fit all our skis with room to spare. The furnishings are all super comfy. The gas fireplace dried out our boots, gloves etc in no time at all. We loved the pictures, scripture and decor.

AMAZING LOCATION!

Couldn’t beat this location! 5 min walk in ski boots to the gondolas. Property also provided Private shuttle for Vacasa guests to go to/from dinner in town, grocery, drug store, etc. Skip the hassle of the free public bus and get door to door service! So nice! Friendliest staff checking in/out! Great CLEAN updated unit. Well appointed and comfortable. Fireplace was a bonus! Def handy in the frigid arctic cold snap! Furniture is quite comfortable but very large/oversized for the space thus feels a bit cramped in the living area. WARNING king bed in Master is beautiful but SO TALL which CAN be difficult to climb on to! If you are under 5’9”, you’ll need to step on the frame of the bed to climb in; no stool to assist. (Makes for some GREAT laughs though!). Really loved our time here. Others complained in prior comments about noise. We experienced NO noise from neighbors. Only a few MINOR disappointments: Property provided coffee but no filters for coffee machine (so it’s useless). Prior guest donated a generic KCup machine. It’s perfect! SO DEF BRING YOUR KCUP PODS and avoid the hassle of walking for coffee. And water pressure in master shower is terrible. Was perfect in 2nd bath. Certainly not reasons to complain!! TRULY the Best value on the mountain! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will 💯 return!

Amazing Christmas vacation

We had an amazing time in Steamboat for Christmas! We stayed a week in F104 and it was inviting, clean and well taken care of. The vacasa shuttle service was stellar and well run! We will definitely be back! PS…For future F104 guests, the unit now has a Kuerig single cup machine for use. I only use pods for coffee so purchased one for our trip and donated it to the unit.

Great Spot Close to the Base

Had everything we needed for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). Short walk to a market, restaurants, and a brewery…not much farther to the base. We didn’t drive at all once we checked in! Would definitely recommend!

A great play to stay for easy access to shredding the Boat!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo for our ski getaway to Steamboats' legendary mountain and slopes! The Condo is an easy 5 minutes or less walk from the gondola and provides easy access to skiing and shredding opportunities at the slope. The condo itself was a great place to stay for the week and provides a lot of great amenities and gives a very nice and cozy feeling after a nice long day of skiing. Despite there being some minor issues when first arriving at the condo such as the previous occupant's trash not being removed and the master bedrooms bed not having a top sheet, The Property management company went above and beyond to make sure everything was rectified and that we had a comfortable stay. The Condo has a great look and feel and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great vacation in Steamboat Springs!

GREAT TIME AT STEAMBOAT

We had a wonderful time at the Lodge at Steamboat. The condo was clean and nice rustic decor. We felt very comfortable and cozy staying here. Enjoyed the gas fireplace. We saw 2 bears while in Steamboat, one just off Hwy 40 close to the condos, so keep your eyes open! We would stay here again!
