„We had the greatest time as a family. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfy,and the view is fantastic. We could hear the river from the deck. The kids had a great time playing on the swing and playing in the yard. It feels like you are in the mountains but there are many conveniences close by. We will come back.“

„Our family planned a vacation of fishing, ATV riding the Arapeen Trail system and lakeside fun at Palisades reservoir! Sterling, Utah is the place for all of that. The house is in the perfect location and has the amenities to make the stay more enjoyable. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The theatre room was fun for the kids. The basketball court was an added bonus. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the entire experience.“

„The kitchen was not what it was described to be. The sink was tiny and almost unusual. The stove was very small and very very sparsely equipped. There were no cupboards or drawers at all.. There was a tray with forks and knives but no spoons. There are utensils just laying on the countertops But they were very random.
