« Chaz and Kelly, the owners could not have been more helpful. Although they did not do a breakfast or have a dining room, they made up a wonderful breakfast hamper, delivered to your room at your convenience, which including a bacon or sausage bap, amongst many other items. The room was quite smalll but beautifully and tastfully decorated with a lovely view of the grassed garden which also served as a car park. Thank you and I certainly hope to return, »

« Booked accommodation for my partner whilst I was in hospital. He was really impressed with everything from how spotlessly clean everything was and how comfortable his room was, to the warm welcome. He would recommend such to anyone. »

« Jo and Martin run a very efficient and friendly business. The B&B is in a great location and the availability of off street parking is a bonus. Lots of choices for breakfast and Jo provided tourist advice which was very useful. »

« Loved our stay at Devon House. We were greeted with a very warm welcome even though we arrived later than expected. Room was a nice size, decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. Location was great and we were within walking distance of everything we needed. Thanks for having us, we would love to come back one day… »

« I had a lovely single room with a small fridge and a fan which made a big difference in this heat. My ensuite shower worked well. The toilet was outside the room..which was less convenient though. The room was on the first floor and I have slight mobility issues so that was a bit tricky but James took my luggage up and brought it back down for me..and I got more used to the stairs. The Guest house is clean and bright..and the owners James and Christine are lovely.and friendly. I hope to return...

« I found the hotel perfect for a short stay in Torquay. Only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and free parking just outside the entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning with some extra treats. Really friendly place and I'm going back there in the summer. I'm using the hotel as a base to meet my friends who return to Torquay twice a year. »

« Hôtel charmant, bien tenu, très propre. Un excellent accueil, personnel attentionné, service personnalisé. Chambre tout confort, prise usb (rare pour être souligné). Petit déjeuner varié et bon, la salle de petit déjeuner est très charmante. L'hôtel est un peu sur les hauteurs de Torquay, au calme, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre et du port, emplacement idéal. »

« What a lovely property with lovely hosts. Made us feel welcome and relaxed. Breakfast is just great! Full English, whatever you like, loads of options like cereals, crumpets, breakfast bars, fruit, yoghurts, waffles to name a few. Hosts attentive and eager to please while being friendly too. Room was very nice with big sliding window and smart TV with the usuals like Netflix and Prime (bring your own accounts!). Wifi in rooms good too and beds are super comfy with 2 good pillows each as...
