„The staff were so friendly & kind“

„Super friendly and helpful staff, easy location, I liked the coffee choices.“

„Convenient and clean“

„The room was clean but the comforter had a stain, so when I called the front desk they were attentive, kind and immediately brought up a clean comforter. The staff is very sweet, always said hi and answered all our questions.“

„Diese Hotel ist bestimmt das europäischste was man dieser Umgebung bekommen kann. Hat alles gepasst. Frühstück auf Plastetellern wie überall hier. Aber wenigsten waren hier die Zutaten essbar oder sogar gut. Und mann trifft nette Leute, die nicht unbedingt im big Business unterwegs sind. „All of the above amenities and features were above and beyond what was expected...A+“

„This is a very outdated lodge. The carpet in the hallways was dirty. The breakfast wasn't great. The heater in the hot tub in the pool area wasn't working. This facility is in need of a overdue update.“

And no sink close to the coffee pot was a pain. No side table or coffee table made it hard to sit on the couch with drinks and food. The clothes bar being so low didn't work with our formal clothes. The bed and toilet was too low. Poor room design in my experience from years of traveling. But other than this we ...

„This was my first trip traveling alone with my kids and the staff was so kind and helpful with information during breakfast and getting us extra supplies during our stay.“
