« The pictures on Expedia was totally different than in person. The pool wasn't open, there was a cover on it and there was trash and filth on pool cover and in pool area. There was trash on concrete outside of the rooms. I was traveling with a church friend and my parents, so we had 2 different rooms. My parents had to get their pillow case changed because there was black stuff all over them. « This locations was definetely not one I recommend. This was a last minute stay on a tight budget and we were exhausted from driving. We did not feel safe. We could hear everything outside and the room next to us. The staff was great and friendly but the facility needs major attention for basic maintenance. »

« Don't go to this motel during the fourth weekend of August. First, there is a yearly NASCAR-type weekend in the region that attracts too many travelers. Second, it's also on a major truck route heading in and out of North Carolina, so that adds to the increase in use of the rooms by folks who don't take care of things. The motel can't keep up with the bookings. Third, the staff does a terrible job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, and they don't seem to care. Our room had dirty sheets...

« Tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. Then tried to charge me a $20 pet fee when the Hotels.Com site specifically said $10. Room was FILTHY, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains and scuffs all over walls. Left me one tiny bar of soap that was literally smashed in the package into crumbs. Water was barely above room temp and took a good 5 minutes to warm at all.
